Area Sales Managers
Market leading Catering Equipment company seeking strong southern and northern foodservice sales professionals x 2
THE COMPANY
These positions are an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals within non-food catering products to seek to develop their career with a genuine market leader.
We are able to combine excellent service levels with a comprehensive one stop catering solution to clients in all sectors, from business and industry catering establishments through to building contractors, architects, consultants, education and Healthcare sectors.
Our customer portfolio ranges from selling small one off kitchen fit outs, to working with some of the biggest contractors in the UK including Balfour Beatty, Kier, Wilmott Dixon, BAA and Mann Group to name a few.
We are currently seeking to add to our sales team through recruiting a strong northern and southern based sales professional.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be targeted on the complete turnover for catering equipment across a designated territory. The role involves responsibility for major clients concerning heavy equipment and installed projects.
The majority of your prospective account base will be new clients to the company in some format but many head office listings are already established. You will be expected to network these clients on a regional level.

Candidates with a background in food to foodservice sales and experience of selling to catering establishments are also of interest. SALARY
25-28K Basic Salary, +10K OTE

Project Manager
All catering equipment Project Managers........... We are looking for an experienced PM to join our team.
Managing installations from £20,000 - £250,000 Olive branch currently works for small privately owned companies through to large blue chip organisations such as Kier, Balfour Beatty, BAA to name a few.
The purpose of the role is to effectively and professionally manage projects whilst maintaining customer relationships throughout the UK.
You key relationships will be with sales, manufacturers, and key personal such as quantity surveyors, site managers and company owners.
You will create and manage project timelines and will be responsible for the organisation of project team meetings. You must identify areas of risk and mitigate where possible through the establishment of detailed project plans. You must also attend project meetings, issue minutes and ensure all agreed actions are implemented.
The ideal candidate will have relevant project management experience within and catering equipment installation business. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and will have a high attention to detail. You must be commercially astute and a good team player that is also able to work under minimal supervision.
25K – 30K Negotiable

Commercial Catering Engineer
Commercial Catering Engineer is required urgently. You must be an experienced and qualified commercial catering engineer holding at least COMCAT 1-3, 5 would be an advantage.
Our customer portfolio ranges from selling small one off kitchen fit outs, to working with some of the biggest contractors in the UK including Balfour Beatty, Kier, Wilmott Dixon, BAA and Mann Group to name a few.
The role will be covering commercial catering installations in pubs, clubs, restaurants, new building sites and care homes.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commercial Catering Engineer
- Gas qualifications (Comcat 1-3) must have
- Full UK Drivers licence
- Experience on Refrigeration would be an advantage
Our company installs many kitchens into high security areas such as airports, prisons and secure hospitals.
